I pre-ordered 2 s22 ultra for tmobile both 256 one black for the wife and white for myself on February 9th within minutes apart. Both showed delivery dates for the 24th and my wife got hers on the 22nd and I got an email for mine that it wouldn't be delivered due to high demand until March 24th. So Saturday I get an email saying it has shipped from Texas and will be delivered on Monday the 28th. But for whatever reason it went from Texas to Tennessee? I live in Los Angeles and my wife's went from Texas to Los Angeles should I be worried? I was really looking forward to getting it tomorrow

That's odd, I would be worried.

Memphis, TN is the FedEx main hub and I think that is pretty normal even though it looks like it went out of the way. Not all go through the hub but I think this is done to organize shipments going to one area and have it sorted and flown out of TN. Fingers crossed!!
 
I miss the days when you would cancel an order and they would give you a discount. Now it's like pulling teeth for them to price match your previous orders price bc you had to cancel the order to change an address. Idk why they are set up like that. I'm on TMobile and ordered an unlocked green ultra 512 for 479.00 shows date to be march 25th. However now I see the burgundy TMO branded 512 I can get it by march 4th for 589.00. I know I should just be patient bc usually a week after getting a new device I'm bored with it anyways.
 
Hmmmmmmm... It has to be in the works. We literally ordered the same day for the 3rd time. Have you tried to search FedEx with your order ID as reference? I actually was a bit surprised to get a ship notification so quickly after the Cancel button went away. It's being shipped standard overnight with signature required. I am guessing it will come on March 1, Tuesday.

Mine just shipped! It shows Wednesday, but I am in Texas, so I would think it possible for tomorrow. woot!

I have noticed though that if you go on their website and pick out the phone and go through all the way towards check out and then remove it.. you wait a few days and you get an email hey the device you were looking at will give you 5% discount to order.. seen that move a few times
 
My app still says delivery march 2nd but no shipping movement yet. This waiting game is getting frustrating lol.
 
Samsung has been very unhelpful. I had one CS person tell me it was Verizon not approving my on plan financing... so I called Verizon and they had no clue what was going on. Then we conferenced in Samsung and it suddenly became a stock issue, even though I pre-ordered at the beginning of the month.

Still telling me I will see movement before Friday, a week after I was told it was being delivered.

I am in same boat. Samsung is annoying me now. Because app still has cancel button, delivery by 8th. But absolutely no progress in 2 weeks no updates nothing.

I just got an email that my order was cancelled due to failed activation request with Verizon. Why don't they call you and tell you the problem? This might be my last Samsung after all of this.
 
Here's a good one....ordered on February 9th. Was charged random $78 by Samsung that day. Delivery date of the 25th, and that was delayed by the horrible weather. Morning of the 24th Samsung confirmed the delay via email, and new updated delivery by date was March 2nd. Friday got my letter from Verizon confirming my installment plan would start showing up on my next bill with all the term details.

No tracking last night...little worried. No tracking all day... bit more concerned. Just a bit ago received two emails saying my order was canceled, but they had already shipped out all my items. So I need to please return them or refuse shipment. No tracking of any kind on this claim from Samsung.

Apparently they are blaming Verizon for canceling the delayed orders. That were pending activation from the original order date of February 25th.

Verizon says they did not cancel anything, and don't see the shipping dates from Samsung orders. My installment plan is active and in place for my new phone starting the day I placed the pre-order.

Samsung says my order was cancelled and never shipped. 'm screwed on all the pre-order deals for my phone and tablet with $250 credit. I can re order at current prices and deals.

Have my new Samsung charger and 2 UAG cases that Verizon shipped out right away. But now nothing to use them on...
