Same but then I got another message saying the cancellation failed because it already shipped. I have a feeling this is going to be a debacle to work through.

That's wierd. Hopefully it a glitch somehow and they really did ship phone. Be watching fedex app lol.
 
What was their reason if you don't mind me asking? And which one did you order?

It's complete BS too because I had them on conference call WITH Verizon today. I was told everything was in order, just running late.

I got the exact same. I spoke with Samsung last Friday and they said there was a delay because of the weather. I'm at a loss for words.
 
My wife just spent 2 hours on the phone with them... Their best solution is to reorder.

I lose all the rebates, the 512GB free upgrade, all the free add-ons related to pre order.
 
After doing a mock order minus my original galaxy watch 4 order with T-Mobile at the checkout it has the delivery date of March 25th, but my order last week has a delivery date of April 8th, I'm confused now. I hope this is a good sign of these being shipped out a week earlier than my order.
 
Chatted with Samsung today about my Sky blue S22 ultra which i ordered February 15, i was told from order date till 4 weeks after don't expect your phone to ship. Minimum 4 weeks processing time because of special color. Oh well, I'll just hurry up and wait a little faster
 
Well I ordered on 2/9 mine has always said delivery by 3/8/22 so will see.when I spoke to cs they said my date has not changed and everything is in process so expect to receive device by 3/8.

It's not.... the order is officially canceled. My wife was on the phone with them for 2 hours. They said there's nothing that they can do.

Samsung has some pretty bad customer service on all this kind of stuff. I feel your and others' pain after dealing with them all last week. They have somewhere in fine print that they can cancel any order for any reason and you "agree" to this condition when you purchase even though you may not have known it. I emailed a VP of customer service last week for my issues. End result for me was same as every other agent said, can reorder. But the Executive Case Manager was better than everyone else. Hope you all get something figured out!!

Dang that is crazy. I'm sorry. Makes me glad I went unlocked and not with carrier thru them. They better not cancel my order. Sucks that you won't get much except for what? A $100 Google play store credit if you order again thru samsung?

Ahh, that's great that you still got the credit. Maybe play with the tablet before getting the keyboard since you might find out that you may very well not use the keyboard much and it's not like it's on sale otherwise. The keyboard I think is useful if you plan on using it to replace some things you'd do on a laptop. But you have some versatility to use your credit, so that's good.

DeX is basically Samsung's desktop like UI for android. I actually like it a lot and it's also built into the phone. Just plug the phone into an HDMI adapter and to a monitor and it'll activate. It looks very similar to Windows.

I still have my ZF3 too but I think the Note 22 U will be my daily driver for now unless they do some things to the ZF4. :) You have a lot of time to get like 5 or 6 cases! lol I think it'll probably come before April 8.

Yeah I would definitely like to have the keyboard for the times I do feel like typing. I also thought about getting this case too. Regardless if I get the keyboard one or not I definitely want some kind of case.

Oh cool. I'll definitely have to check dex out when I get the tab s8 ultra in. And haha my husband bets I'll play with the s22 ultra for awhile then go back to my fold 3 til fold 4 comes out. We will see lol. I have my moments when I'm bored and tired of folding the fold 3 and I'll go to my note10+ and then I'll get tired of the candy bar style then go back to fold 3. Lol. Yeah I just haven't made up what cases I want. With the sky blue I'm leaning toward mostly clear cases.
 
Got my S22U delivered today along with my leather case and Galaxy watch 4.

Been playing with it for the last few hours setting it up.

Apparently she tried to cancel my order at some point because I got an email stating my "cancellation request was rejected". I'm starting to really dislike this whole experience.

Mine looks just like this today as well. Same exact dates for everything. Weird thing is when I log into samsung.com there is nothing about cancelling. It shows in process and says delivery for tomorrow. I know that won't happen because I have no shipping notice. It's like it's stuck.
