Yep. not even the iToy is like this when ordering. I remember back in 2016 I was so close to ordering an iphone 7 Plus to replace the Note 7. On the day of launch I logged on and was at the checkout screen ready to order but decided to stick with Android! Website didn't run slow at all! Was smooth.

You would have to think Samsung may lose some customers over this.

I actually got far enough into it to order a set of pro buds $149 and those funny looking buds $99. and that used up the 250 credit, after that...the black screen of death. It appears you have to use the 250 credit during the original order so I'll get the buds (if I ever succeed in ordering) and sell them on ebay for a good price. I have a set of buds + and they work great.

So in the UK did you get a large Samsung credit AND Buds pro for free? or did you buy the Buds Pro with the Samsung credit?

JUst curious, because there were rumors that we would get buds pro plus 200 samsung credit for the preorder.

In the US we got free storage upgrade ($100) Samsung Store credit ($200 + $50 for the reserve preorder), no Buds pro on top of that like it was rumored. I'm not complaining, I would rather have the storage upgrade anyway instead of the Buds as my original Buds still work just fine.

No credit at all in the UK. It's not something we ever get.

Buds Pro and 12 months Disney + is the pre order offer.

£1149 and £1249 for 8Gb 128 and 12Gb 256 respectively. ( $1555 and $1690 )

same problem I'm having. Earlier I'd be able to get to the payment part of the screen and that's when the problems started a lot.

So how is anyone ordering then? I've tried 5 different browsers, 3 different devices. Even used my cell data, no dice!

currently, at long last, you can get to the shopping cart, but, you can't pay and check out as whatever credit card you enter, it would say invalid card.

furthermore, at the top of the page, it says now:

"this item is not available at this time"

i wonder if they're talking about the S22 Ultra???

I don't think they're out of stock. When I check on my phone, it still says expect delivery by Feb 25. When I check on my pc, I get a different date. I close the browser...open back up and i have delivery by Feb 25 date.

I think their site is just going crazy

I wouldn't think so. I want this phone, so I'm willing to wait for things to get ironed out. I'm still happy with my Z flip 3, so I can wait a bit. Its just frustrating to wait for this phone, then have this happen.
