my problem on samsung.com is that the shopping cart is often empty! even if i try to put another phone into it, it spins and spins and after a LONG time, finally says: nothing in shopping cart

also, even if i could get to the check out page, where i input my credit card number, it won't accept the credit card number and it simply times out or fails.

awful. this is more than 4 hours later!

I'm still unable to preorder and have been receiving the messages most of you are talking about. It's strange, I don't believe I've ever had an issue ordering from Samsung. I didn't actually know the phone was out until I watched MKBHD's video. I guess since the S22 ultra is basically a Note, everyone is wanting it.
