Samsung.com Pre-orders/Shipping Thread

Me too. And I've had multiple convos with Samsung reps who all day the same scripted response that my expected delivery is 8/23. If my phone doesn't ship today I will just cancel and go to AT&T store on Friday to get one. Which sucks because I would lose the freebies.

Right here with you. Ordered 8/8. Waiting for a call back from Samsung. Is there any chance they would overnight them tomorrow or is that not happening? Clearly their logistics do not prioritize by order date or there is some glitch or issue with having enough blue ones. Sucks.
 
Wait, did you order from Verizon or a Verizon model from Samsung?

I ordered a Verizon Note 10+ and an unlocked Note 10 both through Samsung.com. The Note 10+ is on payment plan through verizon and the unlocked one I paid outright.
 
PSA!!!! Watch your return shipping label. Mine has a portion at the bottom that you return inside the box. The statements read: "Does the device turn on? Will the device be factory reset? Is the device free of cracks?" All mine were defaulted to "NO". I put white out and in large red letters put "YES" beside each one and scanned a copy for my records. BE AWARE!
That's really crazy on their part because according to the form that's what we told them about the device.
Why would they even accept it if we answered that way
 
Question for those who opted to use their $200 or $150 Samsung Credit later. On my order page it shows that as delivered but my order just shipped today. I thought we were supposed to receive it after 15 days?

EXACTLY!!! I'm glad I looked. I wonder if they would even check it out if we turned it in the way it's printed; obviously not meeting the requirements. Just slap that $600 charge on us and roll off into the sunset.

Mine says the same. I'm definitely calling before I send anything back. It's probably a problem in their system.

When I bought the S10, my trade in also said the same and looks like still they haven't fixed that lol. FWIW I didn't have any issues with the trade in.
 
It sucks...bad. I watch these forums every 6 months and it never fails. People who order 1st get the phone last while those who order 10 days later get their phones first. Sending some good vibes your way. Hang in there. Worst case scenario, walk in store Friday and worry about the rest later. :)
I'm understanding of they won't or can't release the phone to get to me before the 23rd, but I don't understand how someone who ordered a week or so after me could get theirs first. This is an experience I shall not participate in again.lol

By the looks of it nothing that I ordered will be shipped out today and I won't have anything on Friday ( which is the day I needed it to come because I'm off that night and will be home all day) . *Shrugs*
