Duh!!!! That's what I'm saying! I had to change mine. It's a PDF so you have to physically white it out and change it.

Was the return instructions in with your delivery ?
I didn't get mine.
I would call/chat with them before sending it back with the whiteout.
They will deny your return for any little reason.

I'll ask for one that's populated with the correct answer to the statements. Someone above said their S Series return was like that too. It just seems borderline deceitful to me because we obviously didn't say that about our trade ins.
Wasn't an attack. Just noticed the iPhone reflection in the note and said what it reminded me of. I'm a tech guy(although not big on Apple) I understand liking shiny new gadgets. Enjoy your new note.So dumb. I use both regularly. I always have an iPhone, and at least one Android phone. How can you know what's better if you don't use both?

That blue flip cover looks really good. Seems like it will compliment the blue note well...Nice packing Samsung... sheesh. At least it didn't get damaged.

Mine is still listed as "preorder" with no cancel button. Still has my expected delivery date of 8/23 as well. Samsung only gave me canned responses saying it is expected to be delivered then. This is for an AT&T Aura Glow 256GB N10+. Phone was ordered about 12:10AM EST on 8/8.

I tired to change it back to home delivery by calling the 800 number. I left a signature release on the door. They told me they send a message to the driver and I even edited the delivery instructions. It all fell on deaf ears unless the text is wrong.
