Samsung.com Pre-orders/Shipping Thread

I can't believe I'm saying this when some of you guys still don't have your phone, but I'm considering sending it back.

I was actually waiting for the first person to say that. Lol. Don't like it? But hey it's ok. If it not for you, it's not for you. But I already know I'll love it and I don't even have it yet lol. Gotta do what you gotta do.

I agree, every phone gets returned by someone. Heck I've bought, returned and then bought the same phone back again and while later.

I've spent 3 grand on phones this year, Nit sure if another grand is worth it.
With the trade in for the pre-order it cut it down to just 500.00 without tax for me with tax 543.00 , but yeah I can understand spending that much on phones is expensive. It's your decision what is best for you.

Wooooooohoooooooooooo it shipped!!!! Along with Blue LED Wallet Cover and S-Video Flip Cover!!

Note10+ Unlocked 256GB Blue

I'm only getting $150 for a broken S7Edge. I can't get rid of my iPhone, just cuz. And nobody will buy my U12+. I can't even get my 10+ set up without feeling guilty.

My 256GB unlocked Aura Glow arrived today along with my two freebies! (I ordered on 8/7). It was two separate Fedex packages. I was worried about not being home for the deliveries, but I was able them hold for pick up at a local Fedex store after all.

Now, here is my question, how to I return my S10 to Samsung. I didn't receive any packaging for shipping my trade-in to Samsung. Do I have to place a separate order on Samsung for that? (Sorry in advance if this is a lame newbie question). : )

That's not bad for broken s7 edge
U12+ try swappa might take a little loss .

I'll wait to send the trade in until end of next week since have got to decide if I want to keep the Note 10 or 10+. Based on that return the one I don't need and send the trade in device for the other order.
It's so difficult to make the decision, every time I pick up they both feel good. Note 10 with it's compact feel and so comfortable to use and 10+ with a huge screen with all the features. So conflicted

Congrats! That's encouraging. Waiting on the same and refreshing mail and Samsung site every few minutes. Sheesh! I'm an adult and have a perfectly serviceable N8 with no pressing need for a new phone.

I'm late to this question, but if you can pickup at a FedEx warehouse. The warehouse will have the package available first thing in the morning, for Walgreen's locations it has to be delivered -- so often isn't available until later in the day.

And maybe they've fixed this but, when I've requested a FedEx Office (the old Kinkos), for some reason they aren't available until the next day. They may have fixed this, when they made their agreement with Walgreens, but that is the way it used to be.

I had my boxes held at the local Fedex store (the old Kinkos) and they wee still delivered there today like they were supposed to be. I didn't have to wait an extra day :)

Mine arrived at the destination facility this morning but when I called Fedex if I can pickup, they said the commitment date is tomorrow so they said to just wait for delivery tomorrow.

See and that sucks no reason why if your package receiver and can present valid ID with same address the package is going there should be no reason to make you wait til tommorow... It's like FedEx wants packages to sit around and wants to risk having a liability claim on their hands....

I've had UPS packages arrive early to the depot and UPS is more than happy to put it on a truck early or have it ready at the customer counter for me prior to schedule delivery date...

After all these stories we've been reading today I think it's time DHL or UPS buys out FedEx and dissolves fedex
