You get the award for the most complicated and nerve wracking upgrade experiences. All that changes with the Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ pre-order. (We'll speak it into existence!)
Although this is my 1st pre-order, I've never had an issue walking into my local AT&T and grabbing a note. I've been at it since the N3. So many bad in store experiences is sad. The consumer keeps the doors open, but sometimes the reps act like they're doing YOU a favor.
The original reps at the tmobile store were the original ones who screwed up the refund process. Then tmobile customer service was terrible and incompetent on top of it. They kept sending me back to the store over 30 miles away 3 times.
I don't even really want to talk about it. I'll just buy from samsung, best buy or Amazon for now on.
