Because they havent shipped yet.
I actually have no experience preordering from Samsung directly. This is my first time and first time with an unlocked phone.
I preordered my Note8 through Best Buy and got it over a week early

Whack!! The carriers always do this!! But i don't mind. I'd rather have a unlocked phone with no carrier bloatware!!

Anyway sprint started just generating shipping labels and looks like they are scheduled for Monday with overnight shipping which means they are shipping tomorrow. Kind of makes sense since review embargo most likely lifts tomorrow and all retail partners are probably free to start processing orders. So if we are lucky samsung.com processes and ships on Friday for Tuesday delivery at the earliest. But more likely scenario is they will start processing on Friday and very unlikely it'll ship on Friday. It'll likely ship Monday for Wednesday delivery.

I believe the most likely scenario is that Sprint are in fact printing labels but they probably wont ship today. I have even seen with Verizon that we get expected delivery dates, but then they push them back closer to launch. Still wouldn't be surprised if a bunch of people get phones on Wednesday.
