I was even afraid to look at this discussion this morning. I knew that so many people would be getting their phones early. :'( I ordered around 2am (MDT) on the 9th and absolutely no changes except that very 1st one days ago that updated my expected delivery date from Sept. 4th to Aug. 23rd.

Yea, I don't think I'll be leaving a nearly $1100 phone just sitting there on the porch.yeah if you trust package being left on porch, you can sign a release. of course if you do and stolen you are screwed since FedEx no longer liable
