I was even afraid to look at this discussion this morning. I knew that so many people would be getting their phones early. :'( I ordered around 2am (MDT) on the 9th and absolutely no changes except that very 1st one days ago that updated my expected delivery date from Sept. 4th to Aug. 23rd.

Same, as long as the delivery date stays the same we're good. Only 4 more days to go, or less!

yeah if you trust package being left on porch, you can sign a release. of course if you do and stolen you are screwed since FedEx no longer liable

Ordered 8-8 after 8/7 midnight and its going to be delivered 8/21. Ruggesd case that says expected delivery of 9/10 is now going to be delivered with 8/21 as well. Separate order... 15w wireless charger is also going to be delivered 8-21.

Yea, I don't think I'll be leaving a nearly $1100 phone just sitting there on the porch.

Alright my Note 10+ unlocked is also shipped. Both phones I was able to put hold for pick up at the FedEx customer center like I do for all my packages. Will be able to pick up first thing in the morning since the customer center I selected is the local shipping hub from where FedEx trucks take off for local deliveries.

Will have both my phones first thing Wednesday morning

Nice and early! That's the upside of business delivery. If I got mine delivered to the job, my boss could call it a day. I'd tap out!

I ordered the same time and now my order says Expected Delivery September 4th. Whatttttttt? It’s been August 23rd ever since I placed the order. The one wallet case that was supposed to be coming with it also now has slipped to the 4th. This was my last free week to be able to stay home to sign for it. I’m crushed with disappointment. The cancel button is also still there.
