My Note 9 to be sent in as trade-in has a little scratch on the screen. Is this acceptable or I need to get that fixed before send it in? it's NOT crack, just key scratches. See picture. thx

It doesn't say SHIPPED anywhere there? - I wouldn't worry too much - everybody is so far behind updating.
By Friday I suspect we will all have phones. Whether they are the phones we ordered, remains to be seen.

If it's not a crack, then I think it should be fine to send in. They emphasize on crack and actually, how would you get that fixed? Toothpaste or baking soda? Replacing the screen? Safelight auto? I think you should be ok. They don't even mention scratches, just cracks.

My powerbank appears to be in IN still. My phone is in Memphis it looks like and jsut departed the location. The flight doesn't take off until 3am so if it's on that flight to RSW it's cutting it really close then. Says departed so I hope maybe it's on a different flight.

Hang in there. Mine was the same until today. Just received shipping notification for 8/22 delivery. Card has yet to be charged.

Cancel option disappeared days ago. Still says pre-order. Expected delivery is 8/23 for the phone, 8/27 for the Fit, and 8/26 for the Buds.

The dates keep changing for the accessories. No shipping notification for the phone yet.

Also, appears to be flights just departed a couple hours ago for Tampa, Jacksonville and Ft. Lauderdale. Hopefully it's on one of those since it said departed memphis at 519. Might have shipped to Ft. Lauderdale. I've had that before instead of going to Ft. Myers.

My phone says the exact same thing. I honestly think there is something wrong with my order at this point. 100% do not expect it to be here by Friday. Even though people who ordered 2 days ago have already had theirs ship.

Hi all, I ordered my 256GB Unlocked Note10+ in Aura Glow around 4:30pm EST on 8/10 directly through Samsung and still have the cancel button and no movement . Nothing on my freebies either, and it wouldn't let me order a case so I'm going to have to find one once I get the phone.

This is my first time pre-ordering a phone so I don't know what to expect at this point. My estimated delivery went from 9/4 to 8/23. Any advice? Thanks!
