Well I checked the airports twitter feed and no news of airport shutdown. There were 30 minute delays earlier due to weather it looks like but the plane landed early still.

I was just about to ask you how was the weather when you posted this. Wonder if it is just that location

Balls! My phone was on that same flight. Who knows when we will get the thing now. I am reliving from 2 years ago when my Note 8 got delayed cause a hurricane, only this time there is no hurricane. Ahhhhhh!

Guys, bad news!!! I just checked fed ex. My phone is in Ft. Lauderdale and says SHIPPING exception!! Delayed until further notice!!

IT appears Samsung is holding them until Thur or Fri.

Some weather earlier that caused some minor delays but clear as a bell now. No excuse to unload the plane now. Probably a Samsung hold.

I'm going to assume (hope) this is "local" to the Ft. Lauderdale shipments. Hopefully we won't see other exceptions in other parts of the country.

still no tracking info or movement, no notification of shipping. ordered on 8/9. can't say this is going as planned....

I'm hoping it's not a Samusng hold and maybe they're just not done scanning yet. I see similar stuff with UPS sometimes when it's not scanned and like in between.

I don’t think it is Sammy placing a hold. I have had previous orders for iPhones do this, and they usually say what the hold is due to when that occurs. Ie. it would say manufacturer hold. Not “beyond our control.”

The flight landed 6 mins early but there was 36 minute delays earlier due to weather. With being clear out now you would think they'd have it unloaded and scanned by now anyway. Nothing is going on at Lauderdale except an alert about no AC in some of the terminals later tonight due to construction.
