If you preordered from the link sent to the email you reserved with, you should have gotten $200 to spend.

With all the freebies/discounts/etc. it seems the Note 10 has exceeded the Note 9 pre-orders. With the freebies being scattered hither, thither, and yon, this may add to Chinese Fire Drill like logistical nightmare we are seeing. Or - there is a whole bunch of not so hot people doing a whole bunch stupid stuff.

This thread is sure racking up the posts.

I never had a Note 9, or any other Note, so I never got a "reserve one" email. Now that I have bought a 10+, should I get one for the Note 11?

Maybe our notes got damaged on that flight.

Hoping it's something to due with the freebies and the status will changed later tonight when it makes it here on another flight.

If it was damaged how long would it take samsung to send me a new one? Weeks knowing them? Could I get a refund or would that be a mess I hear and I'd have to go to my bank for them to sort it out?

Yes, if you used the link from your reserve email or via the app, you got the additional $50 (so my one-time coupon is for $200). As an aside, I'm still getting notifications from the Shop Samsung app telling me that time's running out to reserve my Note 10 and get an additional $50. I'm like....errrr...

Haha...me too, just this morning! But to their credit, I reserved with 3 different emails. I'm not getting reminders in the email I used to purchase.

Calm down. No need to panic or borrow trouble until you KNOW what's going on. Could be any number of things. Including a system glitch.

Ft. Lauderdale airport it seems. Fishmd lives just 5 or 10 miles from me and was on the same flight. Dunno about the other user. Flights were delayed 36 minutes so maybe the packages were scanned later but I can't see them missing the truck. I'd think the trucks woudl leave later due to other flights that have to arrive at the sorting place.

I really don't think it's Samsung holding them. My order on samsung.com shows delivery tomorrow. Why would Samsung show tomorrow, and not Friday if they put the hold?

Sidenote: Their planes must be flying slow! Mine left Indy at 5:00PM. It shoulda made it to Memphis by now. LOL

I'm not sure of the qualifier to receive emails. May have gone out to all Samsung account holders, not just current Galaxy device owners. Anyone can sign up for a Samsung account.
