BMAX has arrived - this is one shinny phone. Battery Pack also got here along with charging stand, which is now charging the phone. Gonna proceed with a clean install and see how it goes.

Does anyone know what type of condition the trade-in needs to be in? My Note 9 has a pretty big nick on the bottom but the screen is perfect and performance fine. No issues with it other than the good side nick on the bottom.

For the most part no. Documents and photo are transferred to my computer and the cloud. If I need it I just pull from there.

When I was setting it up I was asked if I wanted to restore from the latest Pixel 3 back - I did. Pretty sure that was not a clean install - BUT - can always do over

Anyone get an email about the certificate for the extras? I know it is supposed to be after 10 days or whatever, but when I looked at my order to print trade in label I noticed that it's marked as delivered.
