Well I would have to agree since there is some added functionality. Also based in the photos posted it looks like it takes some decent shots. Some are claiming better than their S10.
Later tonight after work I'll have full hands on but I like what I see
 
Had to call AT&T and get my sim card setup. Now it's time to finish setting up this device. It's so darn fast! I love it!
 
Hehe i just got an email from samsung apologizing for the misprint on the packing slip, they listed the aura glow as silver and that the phone is indeed the aura glow.
 
Well finally picked mine up you can certainly tell that they cheaped out on packing material the tape is half broken on the one end of the package

Also only two little pillow packs, thank God they make these phone boxes somewhat sturdy or this thing would have never survived based on the outer box

I finally got my phone. I decided that I would like to use smart switch and transfer my apps. But no, every time I try to use it, it just shuts my Note* off

I tried wireless smart switch but it didn't carry everything over, my apps and layout were missing. Try using the cable if you haven't already.
 
Yes it was indirect signature. But according to FedEx website they will accept their form signed with instructions to leave. I did that and still would not leave. Had it rerouted to local Walgreens I could pick it up. But FedEx says not ready for pickup. Maybe by am.
Was your shipment marked indirect signature?
I was able to set it up for Walgreens before the package was pickup. After the manage changes was disabled. I actually tried by phone to change it to home delivery but I guess the driver didn't get the message or didn't care.
FedEx is so much harder to deal with than UPS.
When I need something done UPS I actually have a direct number to my local service center.
 
Yes they will charge your card then you have to wait for it to process and show them proof of date shipped and they will process a credit to your charge card. It happened to me when I had gotten note 9 last year
My return date is 9/5 but I received it yesterday 8/21. I'm told that means to FedEx by that date. Perhaps your date is 9/7. You should be getting an email soon. I don't know what happens if you go past your return date. It's possible they charge your card and perhaps credit you upon receipt but that is only my guess. I would contact them and ask. Is there anyway for you to get to FedEx while you're away

I have to agree with this. The box on my order was larger than it needed to be and had far too little packaging, everything was somewhat loose inside. Fortunately it all arrived okay -- though it makes me even more glad I picked it up, rather than having it bounce around on the delivery truck.

I also got the email about the mistake on the invoice stating that it is a "silver" phone, but that the phone shipped was actually Aura Glow. I guess some people were complaining about getting a silver phone?
