Just for kicks I did a Samsung chat and asked them why my order is delayed till Sept 10th and they took about 10 minutes to check with the warehouse. Guess what they found out?????
My expected delivery is September 10th. Now THATS customer service.
I experienced the same great service and I answered their surveys accordingly. I ordered Aug. 11th and had a 9/4 ship date. Tonight I finally received a SHIPPED! notice. Will be here Thursday. Happy to get it before the long weekend, but the planning and service was lacking like never before.
