I placed my order on 8/20, with an expected delivery on 9/10 and I haven't heard anything.

I’m trying to remember. Wasn’t there a way to use your order number to search Fed Ex tracking? Probably don’t matter but if someone just got an email starting that it will ship by 8/30 maybe us 9/10 will be in the same boat, with or without an email.

Nope. The one with the tab to pull it off was not the protector. Lol

I did not have one with a tab on it, just for the back. The "screen protector" that was on my phone with the hole punch for the camera, didn't even fit the phone properly the corners were way too rounded and didnt even cover the whole screen.

That sucks. That's how the top "protector" was. Except there was a big hole in it where the finger print scanner is and it didn't cover the sides of the phone.

If you haven't already you should sign up for Fedex delivery manager and get the app. Both free. UPS has a similar service. When a package is being sent to you through them, they'll notify you. Even if Samsung doesn't

The one that was on the back of my phone had the tab and a hole in it similar to where the fingerprint sensor would be on the screen. Maybe they just put that on the back of my phone instead? Haha

I have been trying multiple screen protectors so far and none of them cover the whole screen. Like there are ones that just barely cover where the screen actually is (not the bezels) and that just doesn't suffice. Like if I get a screen protector, I am getting it to protect the glass on the screen but you cant effectively protect it if the screen protector doesnt cover all the glass.

Hes just stating the service overall was lacking, he doesnt seem upset about getting it. I agree the service has been horrible this time around. I pre ordered a couple of hours before it was opened to the public and still have nothing, the customer support cant do much besides raise tickets and that's what's unfortunate about the situation.

Correct, I'm not upset, just found the service and information lacking. In addition they planned poorly for the preorders. Originally the August 23rd date was given, followed my an email stating the 4th.

I hope your phone ships soon, no excuse for an order placed on the 7th.

Thank you thank you. Hopefully something happens this week. I understand theres a lot of people who ordered but at this point they are just sending to random orders and not it the first come first serve basis. Lol I just want the damn phone even my cases now are backordered apparently but I see everyone getting the same colors before they get their phones hahahah

When I placed the pre-order my delivery date was launch, it slipped to Sep. 4th, got an e-mail yesterday to get ready for it shipping before the 30th but then today the delivery date is Sep. 10th. Kinda sucky but meh, I keep saying pushing it back just gives me a chance to change my mind during the return window as I see what Apple and Google are coming out with

It's so annoying how they keep changing dates and it's not a good look. I have to wait cause I rely on the note series for work stuff Haha and the 3d scanner will help tons. But by the time we even get them apple will release their phones and people would prob even get their iPhones hahaah

Hopefully it isn't quite that bad! I'm annoyed but ok with the date slipping I guess. Like I didn't pre-order right away and I get it, what I am annoyed with is no communication and also getting an e-mail just yesterday that said it would ship this week and that my order hasn't actually changed. Ugh
