One last post to help it get to 5000. Those of you still waiting, I hope you get them soon. My trade-in was successful, so this chapter for me is closed. I will still check the forum and chime in now and then if I have something non-stupid to say LOL Last night I got a new router for home to replace my 10 year old, holy crap is it way faster now. 15Mbps down on my phone before on my home network, now its like 90Mbps down. Went from 80Mbps down on my wired PC to 140Mbps down. Tomorrow I get my new modem to take advantage of the fast speeds that Comcast is charging me an arm and a leg for. The best thing though..... Getting a 65" Samsung 4K TV delivered tomorrow to replace my 8 year old 55" LG. Can't wait. After all that I am set for a long time (well only 2 years on the phone LOL)

Mine says the same thing, FedEx may not update yet because of the weekend and holiday stuff. But I think they can still make it Wednesday...

mine was shipped Friday via FedEx and I have had tracking info consistently all weekend. today, Sunday, it now says it's about an hour away from me (started in IN and I'm in WA). really hoping for Tues. delivery instead of Wed., but either one is okay. so, it can be done. FedEx seems to be much faster now that they're not delivering for Amazon.
 
Anyone know or have gotten the subscriptions? I am not sure if they were note 10 wide or just samsung.com. youtube premium, spotify premium and I am it sure if it was something else. I tried chatting with someone on samsung.com and it posted some long how to, but it doesnt really make sense.

Anyone know how to get these or if we just still need to wait? Thanks

Set up a new Spotify account with different email if you already have a subscription. You will get a 3 month free trial. According to Samsung, at the end of the 3 months you can repeat the process for another 3 month trial. Samsung Promotions said to do the same thing for YT. If you previously used Paypal for your payment method (for end of trial) you can't use it again as you will receive an error message saying that you already used a free trial. If this doesn't work for you call Samsung Promotions at 1-866-888-5503.
 
just got off the phone with FedEx. to have them pickup my package would only cost $4.70. considering my lack of proximity to any of the shipping centers, this is a bargain and I will definite have my tradein picked up.

Try to get a receipt from the Fedex person who picks up your box.
 
What not Samsung branded cases do you guys have? I got a 2 dollar clear case and a tech 21 evo check with buttons I can change, kind of excited to check it out I think tech 21 is really good.

I'll ask that they scan it right there. UPS always does, no reason on earth FedEx can't. if they can't then I'll get a shot of the driver with the box since it's going ground. I used to know my ground driver well, but they have since switched up. but they also have to tell you when it's been picked up. it will show on my delivery app and on the tracking and I'll get something via email. if not, then I guess Walgreens, but in this day and age??? just because it's ground is no excuse for not being able to scan it in.

Wow, that is great. Interesting that Aura Blue can be slower. I ordered a blue unlocked 256G on the same day and still don’t see any activity with expected delivery of 9/10.

Hahaha that's why I didnt understand the popular colors were shopping fast but other colors took soooo long
 
I'm scared, havent seen any updates and I have something else that shipped the same day and has a bunch of updates and it's supposed to come the same day as my phone x.X
