I just saw fed-Ex circle my court but he didn't stop :-( I still wanna know if anyone got theirs even though it said coming at a later date but mine says hold by shipper so I guess I'll wait till Wednesday. Enjoy your phone my husband got graphite. He hasn't set it up yet.

I just use Smart Switch's PC version. I back up the phone to the PC, perform the FDR, and restore the items I want back to the phone. I've never lost anything. I routinely backup my phone to the PC.

I bought a 2 TB Samsung T7 Shield SSD when it was on sale, it can do a 50 GB SmartSwitch backup in 8 minutes (for some reason the screen shows 2+ hours, it's never even close to that). I haven't done a restore from it yet, I guess I'll find out lol.

Mine arrived and I ask this question every year I am sure. Before you transfer over do you move your sim card to the new cell ?

BTW the FX driver asked me if it was the new Samsung S23 ? I said yes he was excited that all those little boxes didn't require a signature.

He said it takes too much time LOL

I always transfer everything over first. I don't think it matters though.

Actually, I normally take the SIM card out of the old phone, transfer with Smart Switch, reboot everything and insert the card to let it finish that setup.

No reason, just the way I have been doing it for the past several Samsung upgrades.

My FedEx app says my delivery is supposed to happen today, by now as a matter of fact. But my status shows that my phone is still at the local distribution center since yesterday morning and is not on the truck for delivery. My email from Samsung said my probable delivery would be the 14th. I'm hoping it's today, though. That's what FedEx has been saying for days on the app and on tracking information on their site.

Darn! how come so many others whose phones are in Newark have seen movement already and i haven't seen ANY movement since 4AM this morning??? it's almost 22 hours of sitting there already!!!

I got an email that is shipped on the 10th and a UPS tracking number that still today only shows that the label was created. Yet the email and on the Samsung site it says the delivery date is February 14th?

TY, I agree! I have a lavender silicon case from Samsung, so I'll still have both colors in a sense.
