The original ground truck came around 2:10 and then at 3:00 an express van passed the house but no joy. It finally arrived at 4:20 in another express van. So much for the 9:30-1:30 window. However the Watch 5Pro was in the box too so all is good. Now I just have to set it up. Do you recommend swapping the sim out of the old phone into the new one and then setting it up or setting it up and then dealing with the sim swap? I'm leaning towards putting the sim in so all the network settings are correct the first time. It's been 3 1/2 years since I did this. Thanks!!

Set up is a breeze. They improved the set up process a lot.

So, I had mine delivered as a pick up at Best Buy. Anyone else do this? No movement on my order so far. I think I'm the only one on this whole forum who did this, lol!
Best buy and preorders are usually later then everyone else. I thought maybe the pick up at store might go better.

I did a best buy order last year and they never let you have the phone till the release date.
I will try that hopefully Wednesday. I tried tonight but had a ton of distractions and it looked like not much transferred so I did a wipe and will try again. Tomorrow won't be happening. My 90 year old dad is having hip replacement surgery in the morning and I will be spending at least tomorrow at the hospital. I was hoping to have a larger phone with an all day battery while waiting but there are worse tragedies in life. Thanks for you input!!

I'll do mine tomorrow afternoon. Had to take mom to the hospital. They said she has pneumonia and want to keep her a couple days and I'm not staying up until 3am to set my phone up when I'm not alert lol. Still have to clean my tablet up to send in as well.
