I got that for my issue, but I also made sure they gave me the same discounts. But given the situation, they may not do that for others. I feel even better now about the pre-order discounts.

Ordered on Samsung, pick up at BestBuy is going about how I expected. One order? Ready today. The other? Both point fingers at one another but bottom line, no device nor date at the moment. I selected this option only because it said available 2/17 vs shipping arriving 2/28 after placing late preorders this year. Now I suspect I'll see it ship on that date, but take longer to get to the store and require processing than just coming to me... but I'm trying not to get my hopes up again.

As much as I swore off pre-ordering from BestBuy, I was a fool to think this would go smoothly. Bummer. At least I can play with my mom's a tiny bit to get it set up for her.

Mine came Wednesday right after I left to go ATV riding and I didn't get home till dark and was busy all day the next so I've had minimal time to use mine lol.

You all broke me down. I made it to the last day of pre-orders, and now my shiny new lime S23 Ultra is on the way...

I finally decided that even if my S22 Ultra trade-in value went up, it wouldn't cover the value of the free upgrade to 512GB plus the $150 credit that I spent on cases.

I've been meaning to do the Rakuten thing for a couple of years, but I finally did it this evening. My Rakuten account shows that I have $99.75 from my purchase. I don't know why I never did this before.

Yup..that's exactly why I decided not to wait for lower prices/better trade in values because you would probably lose out on the ram upgrade and $150 credit from the pre-order.

Pleasantly surprised to humbly say that I have both phones on possession today. I think escalating yesterday helped, I had a really late night text confirming it was ready. I wish my cases had arrived, but I'll gladly do setup today.

Was finally able to get my hands on it and it was delivered during the expected delivery time which kind of shocked me

Did yours come with a sim card? Received me 512 GB pre-order a day early on the 16th. The cream is gorgeous and the wallet case and travel wireless charger came free. $800 trade in and $50 credit. No SIM but they activated it with an eSIM.

Only thing is this cream wallet case get smudges on back if not careful. I love it and will see what to clean it with.

That's what I did and then I got a message from Verizon about putting sim in new phone or something to sign in and make sure it was ok or something. I hope they don't charge me the upgrade fee. Hubby still hasn't set his phone up yet. We need to get them back to Samsung I need to reset mine tomorrow.
