I'm having trouble with Rakuten. I went to their website to report the missing cash back, and I got an email just saying that Samsung hasn't approved it. I ordered on 2/15. Does anybody know a better way to contact Rakuten other than their chat bot?
My wife's went right through on 2/16...

Try again. The first answer I got was about using coupons other than Rakuten. I asked again, and they requested a purchase proof from Samsung. Got an email that Samsung didn't validate my order as a Rakuten order. But they gave me cashback anyway, as a courtesy. Something is not right over there, no one gives cash away for no reason.

I got that email, I provided the Samsung confirmation. That was yesterday, and all I got was an email saying they would get back to me. Maybe it will take another couple of days... I just didn't know if anybody here knew of another way to contact them.

Grab a popcorn. They are not the fastest service around. Can take a day or two.
The email though a chatbot is the only way I know. But when you reply to the email, it goes to their queue.

Agreed. I'm not going to put that much more effort in. But it's annoying because I should have gotten about $140 - about $99 for the cash back, $10 for joining, and $30 for referring my wife. She got all of hers approved in about 1 day...
I don't think I'll waste my time with them next time. I'd like to say in 2 years, but we all know what will happen next February...

Yes I went thru Rakuten doing my preorder and still have had to repeatedly contact them. I provided proof of order,. At first they told me to wait for 10days after I received phone, still no credit. Can you ntacted them again was told gave to wait for Samsung to confirm my purchase and that could take 45 days
I am still waiting

Samsung needs to hurry up and give me a new delivery date on my red s23 ultra. I'm thinking if nothing changed by Monday I might cancel.
 
I noticed last week that you couldn't even order the red anymore... maybe they are out? We got a sky blue and lime. I really like both. But the lime is very subtle, and almost just looks white in low light.

They change the date a lot from the red for new buyers I see. Mine was Feb 23rd and they sent me delay email the 22nd. Had to go look at email
Lol. I was curious about the lime. Oh on it looking white in low light. Looks like you could go for cream in that case lol. But the sky blue is pretty. I have it on my s22 ultra. I just want to try the red out lol. Yes impatient my middle name when it comes to my phone toys lol

😁 yeah it does and I'm sure it is. Did you have the s22u? Reason why I ask is I was wondering if it was true that the screen a little flatter or less curved on the s23u than the s22u?
