Samsung.com S10/+: Pre-Order Thread

I ordered a 1TB S10+ through AT&T today. It has shipped and will be here tomorrow. I had a reservation for the preorder but decided to wait a few weeks.

Tracking still says delivery tomorrow but we're in the middle of a blizzard so I wouldn't be surprised if it gets delayed a day.
 
I was supposed to be on the Samsung upgrade program. Nothing ever showed on my order page or invoice about it. Chatting with rep now, but she’s saying my only options are to keep order as is and lose the upgrade program or cancel order, place a new one and lose the promo.
 
Samsung customer service is officially the worst! It’s been 25 minutes since I sent the last message to the rep. I haven’t heard a word back. No generic sendoff, not a peep.

I need to log onto my husbands account but I thought it said buds were being shipped with phone. He only got the phone and his LED wallet case.
 
I cancelled my Samsung order on the 22nd because of the no 2 trade-ins in the same household at the same time deal. And I went to Best Buy and ordered on the 22nd and am still waiting. My husbands will be here today.

I kept hearing about the no 2 trade ins for the same household and I had no problem with it. I ordered a phone for me and my girlfriend and we both chose to trade in our old phones.

Both phones and both sets of earbuds got delivered the Wednesday of the release date week (2 days before release day). We also both got return shipping labels for our trade in phones.

So Samsung apparently didn't care that we are in the same household lol.

Really you got return shipping labels also in he box? I can't get into my husbands account but his buds were not there and I don't think I saw a return shipping label neither.

The return shipping label is emailed with instructions.

If you scroll down in the invoice to the trade in part there should be a shipping label.

Well, let me go into more detail. I ordered my phone the evening of 2/20 and ordered my girlfriends the next day 2/21. So technically it was 2 separate orders, I wonder if that had anything to do with it?

The return labels were not in the boxes, they were emailed to me and also available under my Samsung account on the orders page.

Regarding the earbuds, we got them differently. Mine came in the box with my phone. Hers shipped separately the day after her phone shipped but everything arrived on the same day. So mine were in the box with my phone and hers were not. But it all got delivered on the same day.

So it's possible that they are shipping his earbuds separately like my girlfriends.

Thank You I understand now. The buds are not on his receipt and on their website it says confirmed it doesn't say in transit shipped like the phone case and sim card does. Even though it states will ship with device. So if the buds do come separate I hope Fed-Ex leaves them I know we had to sign for phone but he came late and we won't be here tomorrow or the next day we'll be at work.

But ours would of been 2 separate orders also just on the same night one under my Samsung account and one under his but it said no 2 in the same household so I cancelled. Oh well! Thanks Again for the Info!
 
I wonder how we go about redeeming the $130 certificate on Samsung.com. Do instructions come with the phone? Mine just got delivered this morning but I'm out of town for work until tomorrow. Can't wait to set this thing up!
 
Finally! FedEx sent me a text with tracking number. Device will be delivered 3/15 by 8pm.

2/22: I order the unlocked prism white, ship by date 3/15.
3/06: The status changed from pre-order to confirmed, cancel button still available.
3/09: status changed back to pre-order from confirmed, but cancel button went away.
3/13: Recieved text from FedEx with tracking number. To be delivered 3/15. Samsung order page still hasn't been updated with tracking info.

I was told by a Samsung rep that the certificate will come 15 days after you receive the phone. So it's too early to have access to it yet.

Such detailed time of events. Thanks for sharing this. Mine went back to preorder last night. Hopefully I get tracking # soon.
