Samsung.com S10/+: Pre-Order Thread

There are others who say they are getting this email and think it may be a glitch in their system. Have you called them about it?

I did call them, but they were clueless! They just kept telling me to, "yes,send it in by the date listed in my email.???!!"

I took off today because FedEx is supposed to deliver today and here it is, 4:30pm!! I have a feeling they're going to end up with some kind of delivery "exception" or something! They've done this before...I have the worst FedEx guy.

Yes,I love them! I have 2 for my Note 9. I will check Verizon's app for cases! I have checked Best Buy and Amazon with no Tech 21 available at all! Thanks so much!

Best But gave me a free tech 21 case last year when I got my 9 plus I liked it it's pink. I wanted a clear one this year but the Evo check didn't come in clear but a pretty purple so I chose to get a Spigen clear glitter case besides my other 2 iblason. One tech 21 came in clear but it said it wasn't as tough as Evo check

Still no shipping yet from Samsung. I ordered on 2-22 a Verizon S10+ 128gb in prism white. I also ordered a wireless charger with the accessory discount. They just say it will ship by the 15th. Anyone else with a similar order get shipping yet?

My order started showing backordered on 3/09 with a confirmed status, I also had the cancel button still.

About 20 Mins ago, I checked and the cancel button is gone, it saying backorder is gone too, but the status changed from confirmed back to pre-order.

Ship by date is 3/15 on the prism white unlocked.

About 20 Mins ago, I checked and the cancel button is gone, it saying backorder is gone too, but the status changed from confirmed back to pre-order.

I order 2/26, Verizon S10+,128, black with a wireless charger. It also said ship by the 15th. Mine shipped today with delivery scheduled for the 14th.

Mine did the same thing. I'm in Alabama. It went from Indianapolis to Memphis then back the Indianapolis. I was gonna call FedEx in a little while and see what's going on with it.

Just got off the phone with useless customer service rep. He said it was "at the station that will attempt delivery", but when I asked him if it was in Alabama or Indiana, he said Indiana. I asked how they would attempt delivery from the other end of the US, but he just kept repeating the same thing. This is crazy. I'm hoping it's just a computer glitch in the tracking

This is madness! My cancel button is gone but mine also went from confirmed back to preorder.

Definitely a glitch. Mine just showed up at my local FedEx facility on the tracking. Hopefully should have it in my hands tomorrow

And we have delivery! It didn't happen until 7pm!! Which means I wasted an entire day off,that I took from work! Oh well!! Just really glad it's finally here. But I had to run to dinner(already had plans and would have felt guilty if I had canceled!). So, I will have to get my phone set up,after work tomorrow!
