Give it time to get into the system. Sometimes the system is playing catch up.Still waiting here. It's odd I get a tracking number but can't track via UPS or Samsungs website.

I called AMEX to advise them that the charge would be coming through. They told me not to worry about it. It would go through. Today, they denied the charge and told me to have the charge reprocessed. I call Samsung.com, they told me my order was cancelled and I would have to reorder. I tried to use the same email address from first order to get the note 7 discount and it said offer as already been redeemed. I call Samsung back to see if I can get the discount again. They told me I would have to email proof of purchase and wait up to 5 days for the discount to reset.

That sucks, I know Samsung customer service isn't the greatest but may be you can contact them and try to expedite to a supervisor or something to see if they can bump up your order in the queue.I finally got my email reset. I reorder the unlocked Note 8, but now it will not arrive until October 1st
