Samsung freebies, which did you choose and how did you submit it?

checked my status today and it has changed from delivered in 6-8 weeks to will ship week of 11-19-2017. Thank goodness.

Received mine approx 6-7 weeks. Using the SD Card, works great. The wireless charger is good, but takes 30% minimum more time to quick charge than plugging it in. So... not using the wireless charger much at all.

I'm pretty disappointed in the wireless charger as well. I bought a cheap one on amazon for about $15 and I swear it charges faster than the Samsung one. It also is less sensitive to where the phone is placed. Anytime I just casually place the phone on the cheap charger it charges automatically, while the Samsung one I constantly have to move it into the perfect spot on the charger to get it to start charging.

So, I received my charger/sd card last week. Samsung App shows it was shipped/delivered. Website still says processing. Today, I got an email from Samsung saying that they are still processing my gifts and I should receive them soon. What the heck? Haha. I wouldn't mind if I receive my gifts again. LOL.

Still waiting. Called Samsung for the 5th time yesterday and same story. It's been escalated to the team blah, blah, blah. No new email, website still says label created on October 7th. I guess I'll be calling again next week. Sigh. Never, ever had this problem before, maybe someone had stolen my gifts before it got to FedEx, who knows?

Yeah, i was surprised with the follow up. I assumed the 19th or "sooner" was just some BS lol. Anyways, the samsungpromotions site never even updated, still says its processing. It was exactly 6 weeks from submitting to receiving it.

Ordered on Aug. 24th, first day. should have had it by Sept. 15th. Today they arrive and have to signed for. I'll wait patiently, sign and NEVER order from Samsung again. Customer service sucks except to tell what you want to hear. I won't even get into what BS I went through to get a $4.00 part changed on a Sammy vacuum cleaner. I use to hate Apple support, but employees did what they said. Sammy has trained employees to BS the customer to make them feel special. I bet employee's get off the phone or chat and laugh. I have loved all my Notes 3,4,5 7,7,5 & 8. I'll get my phones thru AT&T who stand behind their customers. Samsung Direct- NEVER AGAIN.
