Samsung Gaaxy Note 3 - Clock app crashing

Since the latest update my clock app had crashed twice when it was supposed to go off. The screen comes on and nothing happens. As soon as I unlock the phone I get a black screen and need to restart the phone

The clock has crashed on me too. I've also had phone.android.com crash as well. I'm having to restart the phone a couple of times a day since the latest update.

OMG I thought it was just me! I literally was going to take the phone back to T-mobile (although I knew it was most likely software related) because I factory reset the phone twice and still happens. The clock is one of the most basic, yet very important items in the phone and I use it for work. This was never an issue for Note 2. Also, gonna try the cache clear but even if this works? How long until it breaks again?

Same problem with clock. This time I had to pull the battery to get the damn thing restarted!

Unrelated, but the Amazon MP# downloader doesn't work either. It complains that the language is not acceptable. Looks like it is looking for "English (United States)", but the phone only has the option for "English (US)".

Anybody figure out how to work around that?

I read all the post and i noticed that no one answered .. can u please help me .. my whatsapp app keeps crashing ,and the google play keeps crashing and i rebooted my note 3 but still the same i'm hopeless
