Samsung Galaxy 3 Security Lock Options Grey

Hi,
I am trying to change my security lock and the only option available is Password. I cannot clear credentials that is grey as well, and the only device administrator is Android Device. I tried clicking that off but nothing changes. Help please.

Does your phone belong to a corporate environment? In other words, is it a company phone?
