Question Samsung Galaxy 9+ Settings stopping

I've had this problem for a week now and have been trying to solve it but I feel like I already tried everything. Whenever I try to change my phone lock screen it says "Settings has stopped" and when i try to unlock my phone by pattern it turns off??

+And theres a notification that keeps popping up saying I have to sign in to use samsung securely but when I sign in it still shows up.

Try wiping the system cache partition in the Recovery Menu: https://www.hardreset.info/devices/samsung/samsung-galaxy-s9-plus/recovery-mode/. This won't affect your personal data.
