Samsung galaxy A3 emmiting high tone 3,000hz while charging

[Android Central Question]

So I have recently noticed that my Samsung Galaxy A3 has started making an extremely high pitch tone down to areas of my phone while being at the back at the top of the phone and also at the bottom near where the charger is I don't know if it is supposed to do it or not but it is worrying me.
