Samsung Galaxy A5 2016 Problem

Can anyone help about my Samsung Galaxy A5 2016 i just plugged it in to my charger and about quite sometime now the screen is flashing "Samsung" and its not doing anything i can't restart it and i can't shut it off.Does anyone have advice for me?

Hi Jason, I read your problem just now and hope it has been resolved till now. But if its still there, then try pressing power button for a couple of seconds until it vibrates & reboots. This would resolve the issue.
