Samsung Galaxy A7(2018) stuck at Android Recovery after booting!!

Hello esteemed Members!

Today when I attempted to reboot my Samsung Galaxy A7(2018), the screen got stuck at Android Recovery. Now the technicians at the Samsung Support have advised for factory reset. The problem with factory reset/ wiping data is that I will lose all the important app data as well as other data stored in the internal memory of the phone. I want a way to exit the Android Recovery without losing all the data or want to somehow backup all the data before attempting a factory reset.

Please help!! Any help from the experts will be much appreciated.

Model: Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018) SM-A750FZKHINS
SM-A750F/DS
(stock android 10/ not Rooted/modified)

Welcome to AC!
So when you select reboot in recovery it takes you back to recovery menu?

Duplicate threads merged.

Try wiping the cache partition, as previously suggested.

tried repairing app option. After all the apps were optimized, the phone rebooted and returned to the Recovery Mode.

Extract both Frija and Odin zip files

Open Frija out your model number and CSC country code and choose download firmware , once it's download on your computer you need to extract that firmware zip

Put the device in download mode , connect the phone phone with good known cable to PC , open Odin in the first 4 slots use the firmware you extract and put in their corresponding slots with CSC in Odin use home CSC from firmware that way no factory reset then hit start and wait until u get pass in Odin box

So flashing with Home CSC will not affect the phone data right?
That what home CSC supposed to do , nothing guaranteed especially your phone is bricked at it's current state but many success I've done with this method.
