AC Question

Good day, so my phone just restarted then stuck itself in the samsung logo, at first it was running fine for about two days. My current firmware is the stock ROM and it is rooted. Then I tried to flash again the stock rom but it didnt solved the problem, I noticed that even though I flash the stock ROM the current bin: Samsung Official and the System Status: Custom. I find it weird that the system status is custom please help any kind of suggestions will do.

The things that I have done:
-I am on custom ROM before I flashed the stock ROM
-I've flash the stock ROM and rooted it via CWM
-Tried to troubleshoot it myself like reflashing the stock ROM but didnt work.
-Tried to wipe data/factory reset, wipe cache
-Tried to install cwm and wipe dalvik cache, wipe cache partition, wipe data/factory reset
-Tried to format /system

Yea. Still it doesnt work. If I flashed my stock rom it doesnt fix the problem. Is it because I reflash it to stock rom again with the root still there? Because I flash it without removing the root that does cause a problem?

Once you flash a stock ROM, and not try to root, it should be unrooted. I think there may be a hardware failure.
