Samsung Galaxy added extra weird task bar? please help me remove it! anyone?!

So I don't know how it got there but my gallery icon is stuck under my task bar... Basically a second has been created and my background is now dimmed. I have a screen shot on Instagram. My Instagram names kateashleytejada. I want it gone.

I used to get it with google chrome, did you try switching your phone off and turning it back on. It had worked for me
