I cannot access Samsung Galaxy Apps on my grandma's S6. When I open the store, it tells me there is an update to be installed. If I tell it to update later the store closes. If I try to update it, it sits on the "Installing..." screen indefinitely.
Is there a way I can fix this without having to factory reset it (again) or rooting it?
Thanks!
Edit: So after letting the phone sit overnight, it seems that the Galaxy Apps store has magically updated without my doing anything. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
