Samsung Galaxy Fit2 Not Receiving Text Message Notifications: Please Help Me

I had a Galaxy Fit and got text notifications using, stock Samsung Messages app, Verizon Messages+ nor my Texta app...?

I have a Galaxy Fit2, now, but text notifications aren't coming through...?

My Facebook Messenger notifications come through, so what's the deal?
