Samsung Galaxy Grand I9082 clone download mode issue

Hey guys

I bought a Samsung Galaxy Grand I9082 clone and got some problems with it, i can't make calls or read messages so i root it and get nothing, so i tried to flash it with the latest android version and i couldn't do it simply because there's no download mode it take me to the factory mode

Welcome to Android Central! With clones, all bets are off, because at its heart, the phone is not a genuine Samsung device. So trying to do things that would work on an actual Samsung phone won't necessarily work on the clone.
