My outdoor mode box disappeared on my Samsung Galaxy J3 Emerge notification panel after update. Can this be found again? It's a pain in the *** having to toggle to settings each time. Thanks!

You can probably create a shortcut widget of your own for that setting. Long-press any empty part of the homescreen, then select Widget. Look for Settings widget, and place that on the homescreen, then see if you can assign the Outdoor Mode option to it.
If you can't, then try QuickShortcutMaker.
