You have to have the forum app not android central app then you will see the camera icon to add pic!

Haven't taken too many none work related pics yet. But snapped a few of this treefrog outside on my porch the other night and thought they looked nice enough.

More megapixels means you can zoom in more before the image starts to blur/get pixelated, not necessarily bigger images

no, i does mean bigger images. Meaning you can look it as a bigger image without blurring. It also means you can print bigger prints without losing focus

IMO, my galaxy nexus didn't take good pics till the 4.3 update. We might have to wait a while till they get it right.

Have you read this thread and related articles? There is nothing wrong with the note 3 camera. No update is coming for issues that are not there. Read some of the links I posted. Some blogs have gone in depth blasting the note 3 against the 20mp z1 and the 1020 lumia. The note 3 has one of the best cameras on a cell phone to date. Comparing the note 3 to the galaxy nexus concerning camera updates is a half truth. The galaxy nexus [had one] needed that update. The note does not need a camera update. It does need a wifi update tho.

i read 4 pages of replys. its not terrible, but im sure it can get better. If you had the nexus, you'll know that the difference between the day 1 camera and the 4.3 update, just in software updates was as if they replaced the whole camera

I hear ya. I am completely happy with it. If it can get better, great. But I don't think it needs to get better imo. For what it is, it takes great pics for social media purposes. I have tried alternative camera apps including some I have paid for and the stock camera still performs better. Maybe some people expect more from it and I can understand that.

But is it *needed* because the camera sucks? Not even. They improved on the camera that the note 2 had so *expecting* a update is a little fleeting. I think we are *all* opened for improvement. We are on AC addicted to our phones are we not? Lol.

Camera is oddly inferior to my previous S4. It defiantly doesn't stack up to the iPhone 5 series. This has to be a software issue or maybe the lack of image stabilization but I highly doubt that

Of course. I have read many in depth note 3 reviews and many note 3 cam shootouts with the 1020 and z1. I have also compared it to my friends s4, iPhone 5s, mine> note 2, and galaxy s3. The note 3 was a top performer and there is buzz because it is edging out the z1 on a few very respectable tech blogs. That doesn't mean I don't think people might be having issues, but it would be unwise of them to accept that a note 3 camera is anything but awesome. They need to warranty their defective phones.
