Has no one found a fix for this issue? As previously posted, this camera is absolutely useless trying to take pictures of moving subjects. Although I will say it is really good in bright light.
But sheesh, even my Nexus 4 took better (aka not blurry) photos in dim lighting. I would prefer a grainy photo with recognizable subjects than a blurry picture.
It's mostly a hardware issue so there is no fix.You will have to wait for the next model for better performance in low light. You might get slightly better results with another camera app but there is no way you will get around the issue with picture blur on moving subjects in less than perfect lighting.
The iPhone 5S got the balance right by keeping the pixel count at 8MP and increasing the size of the sensor. The Note 3 did not get an increase in sensor size but got an increase in the number of pixels which makes the individual pixels much tinier than the 8MP Note 2.You get an increase in resolution at the cost of low light performance. We will have to live with it.
