Just bought the Note 3. Nice kit. BUT when I went to set up the Security side of things by going to settings and then opted to encrypt the start up screen so noone could access my phone other than me, it turns out that, despite going through the entering of a (quite long and complicated) password, and THEN reconfirming the same password by entering once more, when the phone started up again it won't recognise my password entry. Can't understand what's gone wrong inasmuch as I entered the password originally not just ONCE but TWICE and I really don't think I've made any mistake.
SO: I'm stuck with a Note 3 that I can't do anything other than stare at the request for me to enter the encryption password and - despite entering over and over again - turns out to be 'wrong'.
What do I do? How do I sort this out? I have zero idea since there's no way AT ALL that I can enter into the guts of the machine and access Settings.
Any help, advice, tips or suggestions most gratefully welcome and received!
