Samsung Galaxy Note 3 - issue with power save mode at 30%

The Power Save mode automatically takes over when the Battery hits 30%. But when the battery is Recharged nothing is reset and I have to manually Reset volume , auto-Rotate, brightness, etc....

Does anyone have a solution for this?
