Samsung galaxy note 3 neo heat and auto display screens

My sister occupied Samsung Note 3. Recently, mobile is very hot and auto display screens.
Can I, how to fix that?

First, determine where the heat is coming from. Remove the back cover, let it cool off a bit (have a fan blowing across about 3 inches above it to circulate some air), and feel around to see what's getting hot. Then we'll have a better idea of where to tell you to look. The screen getting hot is different from the battery getting hot from the area where the cards go getting hot.
