Samsung Galaxy Note 4 App Switcher Not There?

Hey guys,

I just got my hands on an Unlocked Galaxy Note 4. The phone is okay so far, but seems a little big sluggish. One thing I am noticing though is it doesnt seem like the features are there (I did do a factory reset). Specifically, when I'm switching apps, its showing me the old app switcher. Can anyone elaborate on whats happening?

did you buy your phone from an established retailer? Can you post screen shots of the "old app switcher" with the note 4, you should be able to see a card stack effect when switching apps. Also what software version of android are you running?
