Samsung Galaxy Note 4 (Four, not Three)... when released in 2014...

what are the chances that the screen will be 7-inch? or will it stay in the
5.8-inch to 6.5-inch range?

My guess would be zero chance.
They already have the Mega which has a 6.3" screen.
They will probably stick to the format they have, and upgrade specs.

If they keep with the same product model we seen then it depends on what average size of most phones are. For example if the average is 6inches then sure note could very well be 7 inches. However I don't think phones will get that big unless small tablets phase out.
