Went to Lowes and did some shopping. Very low mobile data, so i use Lowes wifi. After that, my samsung galaxy note 4 give me "not registered on network" every time I try to make a call and no mobile network what so ever. Can anyone help me with that?
I have tried restart the phone and pulling battery out. And every time i tried to register on network and its telling me that is unable to do so.

Welcome to Android Central! Who's your carrier? Have you spoken to them? They might want to try a replacement SIM card.

I have t mobile currently, its not the SIM"s reason because I have tried to switch to other SIM. Same result, so I figured is the phone's problem. And I haven't speak to my carrier because I got the phone online from somebody else. He go it from t mobile to got the box and everything.

I am beginning to think there is something wonky going on with Tmobile's WiFi calling. I started having the same issue a few days ago. I had them send an OTA "fix". Didn't work. Battery pull, clear cache, etc. Didn't work. I picked up a new sim card from Tmobile. Didn't work either. Frustrating as I live in a black hole of no cellular service and depend on WiFi calling.

You find a solution please let me know. I deal with this daily at work when connected to their WiFi. In one building in fine, in the other I can't make calls and get that message... And that's with WiFi calling turned off. Drives me nuts.

Did you get it from a retailer or from an individual. If latter, you may have been a victim of a very typical insurance fraud. I went through the same ordeal purchasing a used phone when I switched over to T-Mobile. People sell their phone as clean ESN/IMEI at almost full price, then, claim insurance for theft. They get a new replacement phone, and your phone is rendered useless. If you have a proof of purchase or some sort of receipt, take it to a T-Mobile corporate store. You are really at the mercy of the customer service. Fortunately for me, the agent was sympathetic enough to reverse the blacklisting, but most of the time, they will not do anything. You can do an IMEI check on T-Mobile or swappa.com/esn. It is terrible that phone/insurance companies will allow these sort of scam to continue on, but they will usually hold innocent/uninformed buyer accountable. I am sorry to see you have to go through. Hopefully, you will run into a understanding agent at T-Mobile.

My note 4 also had this issue. I did a soft reset and this fixed the problem for me. Leave phone on and remove back cover. Take battery out and hold the power button for a minute to discharge all power. Then replace battery and restart. This worked. After this and it's still not working. I'd check sim for rust or dust. Wipe with clean cloth. Place a bit of paper on sim to make sure you have good connection and restart. Hope this helps. Daphnejean

This was the straw that broke the camel's back for me. As you can see up thread I was having this exasperating issue way too often on T-mobile. Made the switch to Vz after a 13 year relationship with Tmo and it has worked flawlessly ever since. Also nice to actually have cellular service out here in the country. Comes in handy when the power goes out. :)
