Just called to check on the status of my BB pre-order placed on 10-15. The agent says my Note should be arriving at the store on 10-22 and available that day or the 23rd. It depends on when they'll have it checked into inventory after arrival.

I think I am beginning to see what has caused my issue. This morning I got a fraud alert text from Discover asking if the Verizon charge was legit. I responded immediately with yes. Looking my Discover account, the charge doesn't show up (not even pending yet), and my order date on Verizon's website now shows 10/21 instead of 10/6. I think the fraud alert may have bumped me to the back of the line and now my white N4 shows expected shipping on 10/31, probably because of the stock issues others have mentioned. This is ridiculous.

No it didn't bump you to the back of the line but you do need to call Verizon to have them reprocess your payment. That's what I had to do lastnight and I got my tracking info this morning.

10/9 order here, black, and it shipped today! got a tracking number but nothing on FedEx site yet.. so i probably won't get it until Thursday. some people are getting overnight instead of 2 day... i didn't remember there being an option.

New update for me (ordered online 10/6, bill to account, white). I finally have an "equipment purchase" under "Documents and Receipts" and an "order" shows up now too. This stuff didn't show up a few hours ago. Status says "Your Order is currently being processed, please check back again later".

As of 12:10pm ET, no Fed Ex tracking number yet though. I guess I will check back in a few hours but the latest development is giving me hope!

My "Documents" now shows an "Equipment Purchase" record, and my order status has updated info (SIM card and the order date changed to today), so it looks as if I'll be getting a tracking number soon. I ordered the white n4 on Oct. 10th via Verizon site. Yay!!!

Hubby & I ordered our black N4's on 10/7, order status page looks completely different but both orders still say processing. I'm hoping that'll change soon

My white n4 ordered 10/2 shipped this morning with delivery scheduled 10/23. I have a note 3. I hope this new one has more features to play with. I ordered through the edge program.

Pre-ordered on 10/10. Full retail purchase.

This might be common knowledge but as an alternative to leaving a note at your door, you can also have FedEx ship it to one of their stores if they have one near you. That is what I always do so I can swing by after work and pick it up.

I've left a signed note before for Verizon delivery. No problems.

Yes I'm aware you could leave a note for them to leave the package PraetorianGuard, was wondering why signing it wasn't an option on the FedEx website

Anyone actually received the beast yet?

I finally got a tracking number, mine is out for delivery today. Our truck is normally on time and delivers around 1:30. My order was placed early morning on the first day. It was ordered on a business account and shipped overnight FedEx.

My receipts show equipment purchase on 10/20 for my phone and 10/21 for my wife's. Both show FedEx 2-day shipping in the receipt. I would expect to see my ship notice sometime today. We both pre-ordered via Edge on 10/14 and 10/15.
