Hey guys for what it's worth, my husband and I ordered two phones at the same time but in two separate orders. His phone shows as shipped with the tracking number but my phone doesn't show anything. We just called Verizon wireless customer service and the representative confirmed that both of our phones went out in the same order and share a tracking number.I don't know how many people may be in the same boat but it's good to know that this is the case if one of your phones has shown as shipped and one of them has not.

I would check the weight of the package, if I were you. My hubby and I ordered 2 on the same day, but in two separate orders same as you but our phones have 2 separate tracking numbers.. Each one weighing 2 lbs... So if your tracking number lists it at 4 lbs, ur good to go

Buzz kill. I had one day shipping and it shipped yesterday but it's still in transit with expected delivery tomorrow. Guess I'll have a productive day at work after all.

Can somebody help me out with some EDGE plan math as well? I have 2 lines both on the loyalty single line 2gb plan. $60/month 2gb data. So I currently pay $120. I have pre-orderd an N4 from Best Buy and wife is going to get Iphone 6 sometime soon. Should I upgrade on new contract to keep my plan or move to EDGE?

I ordered a White N4 on 9/24. On 10/20 I see the order in My Verizon documents. typically how long is it taking to get the shipping status once you see it in the documents section?

My orders also showed up under documents and receipts yesterday and I saw the tracking updated earlier this morning. You should be seeing it soon.

So is this a new issue? I ordered on 10/6 and my status has always said "Processing, Expected Ship date 10/23". This morning my credit card was charged and I got an email from VZW that said "Processing will take 3 days". My status on the website now says "Expected Ship date 10/31". What the heck??

Another buzz kill. I called Verizon myself on my lunch break and they told me that my phone says paid pending shipping and has not been assigned a tracking number. I did what you said and look at the FedEx website and saw that the package is only listed as 1.2 pounds. So now they're supposed to text me when they get a tracking number for me. Will this drama ever end? Sad face.

I just pre ordered it 10/17 since I was trying to wait to just buy one in store. Lot of good that did me. Aha. I wonder how long it'll take for someone like me to receive it. Hopefully no later than Friday.

I pre-ordered 10/16 and nada for me either. I figured they would of changed the shipping date on their website if they were running low in inventory so I'm still hopefully we'll get something today saying they've shipped. I'd be fine with Friday as well.

Anyone actually received the beast yet?

I finally got a tracking number, mine is out for delivery today. Our truck is normally on time and delivers around 1:30. My order was placed early morning on the first day. It was ordered on a business account and shipped overnight FedEx.

New update for me (ordered online 10/6, bill to account, white). I finally have an "equipment purchase" under "Documents and Receipts" and an "order" shows up now too. This stuff didn't show up a few hours ago. Status says "Your Order is currently being processed, please check back again later".

As of 12:10pm ET, no Fed Ex tracking number yet though. I guess I will check back in a few hours but the latest development is giving me hope!

I think I am beginning to see what has caused my issue. This morning I got a fraud alert text from Discover asking if the Verizon charge was legit. I responded immediately with yes. Looking my Discover account, the charge doesn't show up (not even pending yet), and my order date on Verizon's website now shows 10/21 instead of 10/6. I think the fraud alert may have bumped me to the back of the line and now my white N4 shows expected shipping on 10/31, probably because of the stock issues others have mentioned. This is ridiculous.
