Samsung Galaxy Note 4 - Which keyboard do you prefer?

Re: Which keyboard do you prefer?

Trying the stock as I like having the numbers on the screen. It's better than previous iterations, but I still prefer Google keyboard.

Swiftkey also supports a dedicated number row.

I'm coming from WP and I cannot get the same user experience on any android keyboard that I can download even if WP keyboard is ugly responds better on predictions and word suggestions, the only thing that I remember is that I was writing totally wrong and the keyboard was correcting everything like if was reading my mind, but currently I'm using SwiftKey and most of the times I have to go back and edit some mistakes. For me is not the features or how nice is the keyboard, I want a better functionality.

On SwiftKey under advanced settings > space bar completion mode, select "always insert a prediction". It should very closely mimic the wp keyboard. I also came from wp before android and I found SwiftKey to be the most similar to wp keyboard out of all the Android keyboards.

This is a dumb question, but is the Swype keyboard the only one that lets you swype? That is my preferred way to type now and I find myself trying to do it on non-swype keyboards because it's so much faster.

Touch Pal, and stock both also do swipe. You have to enable it in their settings.

SwiftKey all the way, I even recommended it to all my friends

For me, it's definitely SwiftKey.

I'm really fond of the stock Samsung keyboard, but it has been crapping out in exactly the same way that my S4 did: forgetting everything that was previously saved, not actually saving the stuff I'm trying to save, and coming up with the most obscure words that aren't even remotely similar to the word I'm attempting to input. Has anyone else encountered this with their Note 4 & has resolution been found? I'd rather continue using the stock, but would prefer the experience be less infuriating. On the plus side, it's retained at least 2 of the four letter words I've had to resave twice ☺

I have been a Swiftkey user forever; just switched to Touchpal and it's really good (especially with Curve and Wave enabled).

SwiftKey is my choice been using since i switched over to Samsung i wanna say 2011/2012

I like the stock keyboard but since the lollipop update I can seem to save the emoji key as the default key instead of the voice key. It worked fine on kitkat. Any suggestions? I even tried factory resetting my Note 4 and that still didn't help.

I've always used Swiftkey, but since the Lollipop update, I'm using stock. Scary good.

Was an avid Swift key user, but now using Googles and Stylus beta. Only using googles with it as long press space bar on both brings up keyboard selection. Easy to swap out when I have the pen out,and Samsung's handwriting recognition is now where near as good as Stylus.

My Android line up: HTC One M7, Note 2, Moto G 4G, Oneplus One, Note 4.

How is it possible to swipe with the stock Samsung keyboard? I can't make it work? I like the stock keyboard because of having the numbers on the top row.
